This notice applies to the catalogue and its contact channels, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the DOF on March 20, 2025, and its amendments currently in force.

Information we process

The site does not have visitor accounts or forms and does not process online payments.

  • Browsing: IP address to handle connections and protect the site; browser and device information, pages viewed, and approximate location information derived from the connection.
  • Statistics: visits, clicks to WhatsApp and external stores, terms entered in the catalogue search, and destination URLs of selected links. Quote links may include the product, model, quantity and product-page URL. Avoid entering personal information in the search bar.
  • Contact: when you message us on WhatsApp or call, your name, phone number, message content, and the products, models and quantities you ask about or request a quote for.

You do not need to provide sensitive or banking information to browse the catalogue or request information.

Purposes of processing

The necessary purposes are to respond to inquiries, prepare and follow up on personalized quotes, provide information about products and where to buy them, and maintain the site's availability and security.

Measuring catalogue use with Google Analytics is a secondary purpose intended to improve the site. You may object to this purpose and limit tracking using the methods listed below; this does not prevent you from browsing the catalogue or contacting us through WhatsApp.

Cookies and analytics

The published version uses Google Analytics 4, property G-7EFMC13ZE0. This Google service uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Click events include the destination URL, and searches include the search term. Messages in subsequent WhatsApp conversations are not sent by this site to Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies and restrict tracking in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Deleting cookies does not by itself prevent them from being created again: you must also block them or use an opt-out mechanism if you do not want them used.

Service providers and external links

  • Cloudflare provides the site's hosting, security and caching, and processes technical connection data for these functions.
  • Google provides the Analytics statistics service. See its privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp, owned by Meta, is the external channel for contact and quotes. The message is sent when you choose to send it in WhatsApp, and is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

These services may process information outside Mexico. Their practices and the options they offer are also governed by their own notices.

Links to Home Depot, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Cotidiana and other stores or social networks open external services with their own notices. Purchases at those stores are not processed on noveltia.com.

Data retention

Contact and quote information will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations; afterward, it must be deleted or blocked as appropriate. The retention period for technical and statistical data depends on the settings of the services used. You may request information about retained data and its deletion through the rights channels listed below.

ARCO rights, withdrawal of consent and limits on use

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its processing; withdraw your consent; or limit its use and disclosure.
